Quality traditional (hosted) B&B located in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the CBD of Alice Springs, that famous town at the heart of the vast Outback in Australia's Northern Territory. Orangewood is maintained exclusively for our guests and comprises three guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and a garden cottage suite with private facilities. The buildings are air-conditioned and the rooms are heated in winter. The guest lounge and library are luxuriously furnished and feature antiques and fine arts and an open fire. Our garden has an in-ground swimming pool set in a orange grove which gives the house its name. Breakfast is served at a time convenient to our guests in a sunny breakfast room overlooking the pool. Your hosts Lynne and Ross and Angus the champagne cat are long time residents of Alice Springs and are happy to assist you in planning your stay at Orangewood.

Directions From the Alice Springs Central Business District (CBD) at the north (Wills Tce)end of Todd Mall cross the dry Todd River at the Wills Tce Causeway. Across the river turn immediately left into Sturt Tce and then take the second right turn into McMinn street. Orangewood is 100m along McMinn Street on your left and is signposted.
