Seachange Luxury B&B is at the surfing beach of Middleton on the southern Fleurieu Peninsula. Seachange is a two-storey sandstone heritage mansion with a solar-heated salt-water pool on the western side of the building, and a large sunfilled gazebo on the eastern side. We have four king-sized bedrooms upstairs—each with its own bathroom (of equal size!) There is also a huge 60m2 apartment in the garden to accommodate those who do not fit the 'couples' category.

Downstairs we have a large dining room overlooking the pool and 3 living rooms furnished with large over-sized comfy sofas and chairs, books, TVs, satellite, DVDs and more ...
Our breakfasts are legendary. Our products are locally sourced and organic where possible. We cut fresh fruit salad, make astonishing breads and jams or marmalades, squeeze fresh juice or smoothies and give you a choice of main course. Our coffees are next to none and we have an assortment of about 50 teas.

Dinner parties can be arranged at the time of booking, whereupon we will submit a range of tailored menus from which you and your friends may choose. We are a licensed premises (but only for guests).
