Charming self-contained cottages situated in secluded upland river valley on 2200-acre property adjoining Goulburn River National Park, near Mudgee and Gulgong NSW, Australia. Directions Goulburn River Stone Cottages is 50 kilometres north of Mudgee and 35 kilometres from Gulgong and situated at western edge of the Hunter valley, The property is about 4 hours drive (320 km's) north-west of Sydney NSW, Australia. From Sydney travel west over the Blue Mountains through Lithgow to Mudgee. From Mudgee travel north for 50 km's (9 kms past the turn-off to Ulan). The Goulburn River Stone Cottages sign and 'Gleniston' mailbox is on the right-hand side of the road. Turn right here and travel 3 kms down our access road, our property begins at the second gate. If travelling along the Golden Hwy (84) from Newcastle (via Merriwa) or Dubbo (via Dunedoo) turn down the Mudgee Road and travel 20 kms (past the village of Turill). Turn left (at the second mailbox) 100m past the concrete bridge over the Goulburn River and continue in as above.
