Millers House is a self catering heritage listed, circa 1859, stone cottage of great character set in the heart of historic Mintaro.
The house has 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed and 2 single beds).All linen is provided. There is a cosy sitting room, large separate dining room and well equipped country kitchen. Breakfast provisions will be in the pantry for you.
There are open wood fires in the living rooms and wide shady slate verandas around the house with a beautiful outlook.

Millers House is quietly located in the historic township and you can walk to restaurants and wineries in the town. Follow the historic walking trail around Mintaro and observes the way slate has been used in the towns buildings, enjoy the lovely gardens and visit the Georgian mansion Martindale Hall featured in the film "Picnic at hanging Rock".

Visit some of the 30 premium Clare Valley wineries, meet the maker, sample the wines and purchase your favourites. Walk or cycle the 26km Riesling trailand in the evening dine at one of the many fine Clare Valley restaurants or on the balcony or in the garden at Millers House in the warmer months and in the cooler months taste your wine purchases in front of our open wood fires.
