The Grange Portsea is an original Victorian picturesque limestone homestead. Built in 1878, the house has gabled roofs and shady lacework verandas overlooking nearly a hectare of rolling lawns and English gardens to Port Phillip Bay.
Beside the homestead, there is a courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs to host a family lunch or BBQ. At the rear of the garden you can play tennis on the grass court and relax on the porch with family and friends.

The large living room has a marble mantelpiece as well as a deep bay of windows at one end. Double doors open into a dining room in which another two sets of French doors open both to a kitchen and to a side veranda.
There are two large bedrooms downstairs, one of which is a queen and the other is a king single. Upstairs are two more queen bedrooms, one of which boasts a spectacular view of our English gardens and a glimpse of Port Phillip Bay.
At the side of the house is an original, gabled limestone cottage called the Abbey containing a double bed with an en-suite.
