Annie’s Bed and Breakfast, is situated on a narrow strip of land between the sandy shores of Port Phillip and the vast parkland surrounding Albert Park Lake. It is one of a group of restored 100-year-old Federation houses. The accommodation consists of three well appointed, air-conditioned and hydronically heated bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a choice of single twin, queen or king sized bed.

St Kilda is a pick up point for tour buses headed into Regional Victoria – the snow fields, the Yarra Valley wineries, the Mornington Peninsula beaches, wineries, lavender and strawberry farms, the Ballarat goldfields, the Great Ocean Road, the Penguins at Phillip Island. Directions
Directions from Melbourne: Leave CBD via South Melbourne along Canterbury Rd, right into Fraser St and left into Park St.
Directions from Airport: Take the Tullamarine Freeway, Western Ring Road, Westgate Bridge, take Lorimer St turnoff onto Montague St, left at York St, right at Ferrars St, which becomes Canterbury Rd, right at Fraser St, left onto Park St. The Airport Shuttle bus will drop you at Annies.
