Frank's Folly is a B&B with a difference. You can have your privacy if you wish. Your accommodation is a suite comprising a lounge/living room, bedroom and a bathroom. The suite is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, television and VCR. On the back deck is a BBQ and an outdoor setting. We have two suites - the Banksia and the Rose. The Rose suite has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed with innerspring mattress in the lounge/living room. The Banksia suite has a queen size bed and a king single in the bedroom and a futon lounge which folds out to a double bed in the lounge/living room. We are situated towards the north end of Mollymook beach and it is a short walk to the beach. We are close to shops, the golf club and the Mollymook Bowling Club.

Directions Coming from Sydney - drive along the Princes Highway through the town of Milton and turn left at the traffic lights on the corner of the highway and Matron Porter Drive. Proceed along Matron Porter drive for about 2 kilometres and turn right on Garside Road towards Mollymook Beach. When Garside Road becomes a "T" junction, turn left onto Donlan Road and look for the sign on the right hand side before the corner.
