Room Facilities   Cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning and overhead fans.   Smoking not permitted in the Cottage, but verandas on three sides.   Satellite TV

On Site Facilities   Children welcome.   Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron in Cottage.   Restaurant on site for group bookings only. Three course meals can be provided at very reasonable rates to a minimum of four adults with advance booking.   Secure parking is available on site.   Self catering facilities with full size fridge and oven, microwave, and all cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils needed for a gourmet meal.

Local Facilities   Mudgee Airport within 15 minutes drive.   Major supermarkets, retail stores, hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, bars, and extensive shopping available in Mudgee - ten minutes drive.   Local entertainment available at hotels and clubs, wineries, and special functions throughout the year, including live theatre and films.   Golf course located in Mudgee - 10 minutes.   Several Gyms in town, including an Olympic sized swimming pool - 10 minutes..   Hiking trails through National Parks in Mudgee Region.   Fragrant Farm has a charming large Craft Shop with many handcrafted items for sale.   Various local tours are available.   Dubbo Zoo is an easy 1-1/2 hour drive from Fragrant Farm, where we have an extensive range of farm animals, poultry and birds in aviaries.
